Traffic Notice for the intersection of Whitney Road & Route 22
Beginning Monday, December 15, 2025, Whitney Road at Route 22 will be closed to allow the removal of the existing pavement. A lane closure on Route 22 will remain in place during this work until the concrete is poured late next week. Once the pavement is poured, the westbound through lane on Route 22 will be reopened.
Whitney Road is expected to remain closed for approximately three weeks. During this closure, residential access to Lake Zurich Drive and Whitney Road will be through Paulus Park.
