Signature Requirement for Candidates for Lake Zurich Board of Trustees for the April 1, 2025 Consolidated Election
The minimum signature requirement(s) for a new political party slate in Lake Zurich for the April 1, 2025 Consolidated Election is “not less than 5% of the total number of persons who voted in the last regular election” in Lake Zurich.
For individual, independent candidates for the board, the minimum signature requirement for a candidate is “not less than 5% nor more than 8% (or 50 more than the minimum, whichever is greater) of the number of persons who voted at the last regular election” in Lake Zurich.
