  • For new service, download and complete our Utility Billing Application or visit us at Village Hall, 70 E Main Street, Lake Zurich IL 60047
  • Customer Service is available at 847-438-5141 (select Finance Department)
  • Business Hours: 8 am to 4:30 pm weekdays
