  • 11/19/25 - Certificate of Insurance & Lake County Health Permit submitted
  • 12/7/25 - 12 pm Move In for Miracle on Main Street

Food vendors are required to complete the Lake County Health Department's Temporary Food Service Event Application. You may download the application here.
