Employee Handbook

Employee Compensation Plan


In accordance with Illinois Public Act 097-0609, the Village provides an itemized compensation report and annual leave allotment for all employees. See the Employee Compensation Plan page for further information.

Employer Cost & Participation Information

The Village of Lake Zurich is a participant of the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF). In compliance with Public Act 101-0504, we are publishing a link to the IMRF website detailing information about employer contributions and participation.  Information contained on this site is maintained by IMRF and not the Village.
