However, due to the extent of the repairs certain improvements, such as a full facility sprinkler system are required to meet current building codes. Moreover, the water supply line to the barn is too small to feed a sprinkler system and needs to be replaced with a larger diameter pipe from the main.These costs are not covered by insurance.
