What does the ticket include?: General admission tickets will gain entry into the venue for 5 hours of beer tasting including Home Brew Cove sponsored by Perfect Brew Supply. All attendees will receive a complimentary souvenir tasting glass thanks to our Presenting Event Sponsor, Consume. Please take good care of your tasting glass as we will not be issuing extras to those who break them. Also thanks to our Gold Event Sponsor, Martin Enterprises Heating & Air Conditioning, the first 250 arriving attendees each night will receive an exclusive Lake Zurich Craft Beer Fest event bottle opener so get there early!

1. What does the ticket include?: General admission tickets will gain entry into the venue for 5 hours of beer tasting including Home Brew Cove sponsored by Perfect Brew Supply. 2. How long will the beer be sampled during the festival? There is always beer available!: Specific beers may run out during the course of the day, that’s just part of the show so make sure to come early if there is a brand you definitely want to try, but generally-speaking the beer tents will serve till the end of the festival.

3. What bands will be performing this year at the festival?: Thanks to our Entertainment Sponsor, Lake Zurich Tire & Auto Inc., we will have two bands performing each night. Friday night features Louder Now from 5-7pm and Nerdvana from 8-10pm. Saturday night features Fletcher Rockwell from 5-7pm and LAVA Rock from 8-10pm.

4. How many people will be in attendance?: Each day will see approximately 1,000-1,200 people.

5. Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?: This is a 21+ event only, no children allowed. Please make sure to bring a valid 21+ ID for admittance. Due to safety concerns, pets are not allowed. Service animals will be allowed as permitted by Federal law.

6. Can I bring my children?: No, this is a 21+ event. Sorry, no children of any age are permitted.

7. Is there parking available at the event?: Limited parking will be available at the park, however, there will be FREE parking directly across the park (225 S. Rand Road). Security and police will be present to assist in traveling across Rand Road.

8. What can I bring into the event?: Backpacks, bags, packages, purses, gym bags, etc. brought into the venue will be subject to search by security personnel upon entry. We strongly suggest that you only bring what you need, keeping the number of bags to a minimum. No food or beverages allowed into the event. If food or beverages happen to be discovered, you will need to dispose of it prior to entering.

9. What are the restroom facilities like at the event?: We have a handful of porta potties as well as indoor restroom facilities at our Henry J. Paulus Park concessions stand on the grounds for the event.

10. Is there a DDP (Designated Driver Program)?: Yes, we sell Designated Driver Tickets for $10, however, this just allows entry into the venue but no alcohol service. Please note that all guests entering the festival must be 21 or older with a valid photo ID, even if they are entering on a non-drinking DD ticket. Water will be made available at the entrance of the fest for Designated Drivers.

11. Does my ticket give me access to both days of the festival?: No. Tickets are date-specific and will only grant you access to the day specified on the ticket.

12. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?: We can accommodate both printed and mobile tickets with barcode. We do suggest printing off your ticket. You will also need to bring a valid piece of government-issued Photo ID.

13. Can I buy tickets at the door?: Tickets can be bought up to the day prior to the event through our website on your smartphone while supplies last. Tickets can be bought the day of the event in person at the entrance to the fest as while supplies last for the fee of $50. We'd recommend you buy your ticket in advance to ensure you will be able to enjoy the festival.

14. What happens if the weather is bad?: The event is rain or shine- there will be multiple event tents that can provide coverage but dress for the weather. NEW IN 2019, we will have heated tents on the grounds in case the weather is chilly.

15. What's the refund policy?: All sales are final; refunds are not available. The festival will occur rain or shine.

16. Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?: Tickets are transferable and you may sell your ticket to someone else for face value plus whatever service fee was charged by Eventbrite, or less. You may also give your tickets away if you like. There is nothing special you need to do to transfer tickets to another person. The Village of Lake Zurich does not permit scalping of tickets, which is illegal. We reserve the right to invalidate any tickets known to have been scalped. Each bar code will only scan one time.

17. Are there ATMs inside the festival for me to get cash for food?: No. There are no ATMs inside the festival, so we encourage you to bring cash with you – especially for the food vendors.

18. How can I contact the organizer with any questions?: If you have any questions about the festival in general, please contact the Village of Lake Zurich Park & Recreation Department at 847-438-5146 ext 5001 for assistance. We will do our best to return all messages in a timely manner.
