35 West Main Street Redevelopment

This building is part of the ongoing revitalization of the Main Street District in Lake Zurich which is attracting numerous new residential and commercial developments. The renovation plan, which is expected to be completed in the near future, will incorporate many of the unique features of the building into the new layout, including 2 bank vaults for creative use and exposed brick while adding drive-thru capability and outdoor patio space. 

New Tenant Announced

Vault 232 is moving forward with a total renovation of this high-end dining establishment that will include a banquet space, bar area, and fresh seafood retail store. Vault 232 has now leased 100% of this nearly 10,000 square feet building, which promises to be another Lake Zurich dining destination.  Vault 232 on Main is expected to be open by the end of 2021.
